BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
Stephen Goldenzweig is a highly experienced trial lawyer and compassionate advocate who has built his career on protecting the rights of everyday people. For more than a decade, he has been representing individuals in complex personal injury claims and employment law cases. At Goldenzweig Law Group, PLLC, he focuses his practice on cases involving car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, premises liability, workplace injuries, and wrongful death.
Stephen takes a calculated, aggressive approach when facing off against large insurance companies and their attorneys. As a former insurance defense attorney himself, he understands the strategies that insurance companies use to diminish the value of personal injury claims. He is meticulous in preparing cases for trial and is always prepared to negotiate from a position of strength. His fierceness in settlement negotiations and in court is driven by his deep loyalty to his clients.
“I want the absolute best for my clients,” he says. “I want to make sure we are anticipating their every need and getting a comprehensive picture of the losses they are facing. I don’t rest until I feel like we have achieved the best possible outcome in their case.”
Stephen earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Sciences in psychology from Virginia Tech in 2006. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law in New York in 2009.
Prior to starting Goldenzweig Law Group, PLLC, in Houston, Stephen was a trial lawyer at prominent firms in Houston and New York City. He focused his practice on litigating personal injury, insurance, and employment cases. As a top-rated attorney in his field, Stephen was honored among the Super Lawyers Rising Stars for 2020-2024.
In his spare time, Stephen coaches little league baseball and runs a charity food bank.
